The NCPLH course I have just taken with DDS Ltd in London was fantastic, it was a perfect example of how to keep the attention and interest of a group of people for the whole day whilst giving them a mass of information. I have just received my results from the BIIAB Level 2 National Certificate for Personal Licence Holders course - NCPLH which I took with Karen Lonergan of Due Diligence Systems Ltd, and I passed with 100% correct. I have dyslexia and find exams hard, but Karen is so patient and helpful, that I sailed through the day.
Karen not only provides a great course, giving all the relevant information in a easy to understand and fun manner, but she also gave me great advice about the business I am buying, she really understands both the licensing law and the nature of the licensed trade. Due Diligence Systems have also applied for my Personal Licence, as I did not want the hassle of doing it myself, they were less than half the price of my solicitor and it came through within 3 weeks of doing the course.
I am buying a restaurant and I was advised by another training company to take the level 1 qualification which I did, and passed. I was then told by the local authorities that it was the wrong course and I would need to do another course for the National Certificate Level 2 for Personal Licence. That's were Due Diligence Systems (Karen Lonergan) comes in! As soon as I realised this mistake, I contacted Karen, within one hour she called me back, even though she was training that day! She was very kind, helpful and she knew what she was talking about!! She gave me a date and the place for this course ,within two days. To say the truth I panicked because English is my second language, but she kindly reassured me that the course would be ok and that she would help me to understand the law during the days lesson. I took her advice and went to this lesson. She was from the first moment brilliant to all of us, she helped us understand the whole lesson. Her methods were exceptionally good. I took the test the same day and guess what? I passed because of her, due to her lovely way of explaining everything! That's why this was the best money I spent in a test!
